1. Manufacturing process:

The feature of cut flannelette is that the grey cloth is double-layer when weaving, and after weaving, it is cut from the middle to produce middle flannelette. Because the pile is cut by pieces, the pile itself is not very firm. There is a special glue brushing procedure in the later finishing to fix the pile surface. The simplest way to check the quality of flannelette is to rub it gently with your fingers on the back of the flannelette.

The cut pile surface is even, the gloss is good, the pile feeling is very comfortable, wear-resistant, and easy to clean.

3. Cleaning method:

Do not soak in water to scrub or scrub, just use cotton cloth dipped in alcohol or gasoline to gently scrub. If the flannel cloth is too wet, do not twist it forcibly to prevent the fuzz from falling off and affecting the appearance. The correct cleaning method should be to press off the water with both hands or let it dry naturally. When brushing, it should be placed on a flat board or table and brushed along the texture to keep the color even and avoid the cloth surface from fuzzing.
